President & CEO Tom
provides the leadership, strategy and operational experience to guide
the company. He directs the day to day operations of RGS to meet our
strategic objectives. He is responsible for customer growth and
financial management of the corporation and providing the leadership to
achieve desired results. Tom has nearly 20 years of experience in
Defense and civilian agency process engineering and IRM projects as
well as over 12 years with RGS. Tom has extensive know-how in Defense
Department operations, business process reengineering techniques,
technology evaluation and integration, information management
practices, and implementation of geographically distributed information
systems for acquisition programs. He holds a BS degree from Park
University and an MBA from Troy State University. |

Vice President, Sales & Marketing Dyson
is responsible for corporate growth and business development
efforts with clients and strategic partners. He leads strategic marketing efforts and opportunity capture activities to facilitate achievement of RGS objectives. Prior to rejoining RGS in 2004, Dyson was Director of Sales & Marketing at American Management Systems and before that, Vredenburg, providing technology and professional services to the Defense & Intelligence Community. He previously served as Vice President of Public Sector Sales for Lexign providing document management and workflow solutions to government clients. He holds a Master of Science in
Technology Management from the University of Maryland University
College and a Bachelor of Science from The New School in New York. |

Corporate Controller
Shawn provides long range financial growth strategies and directs all financial management and accounting functions for RGS. Shawn has over 10 years experience in the government contracting arena in which he has served as a Controller and Partner with various companies in the Washington DC metro area. Prior to joining RGS, he had his own consulting business in which he helped 8(a) companies and mid-size companies develop sound finance and accounting infrastructures. He holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Washington. |

Director, Human Resources & Administration Angela is responsible for establishing an effective strategy for acquiring, deploying and enhancing RGS's human resources to foster growth. Angela joined RGS in 2007 after serving in several HR executive roles in both the management consulting and government contracting industries. She has over 20 years of experience as a skilled human resources executive with extensive experience in human resource management, employee relations, compensation strategy, strategic and business planning, performance evaluation systems, recruitment and selection, staffing/resource utilization, HRIS, benefits administration, training and development, and policy/procedure development. Angela holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Maryland. |

Practice Director C4 Programs / Chief Technology Officer Mark leads corporate efforts in service delivery and business development for Information Management and Information Technology clients in the Federal sector. He is responsible for growth of the C4 practice area, professional development of the C4 staff, and quality assurance of project deliverables. He has extensive experience providing management consulting in Information Management, Adult Education, and Organizational Development. Mark joined RGS in 2005 after serving as Principal Technical Manager with Concurrent Technologies Corporation providing IT strategic, operational and technical services to the National Defense University. He is a retired US Navy submarine officer including at-sea assignments as Engineer Officer and Executive Officer and ashore assignments at the Naval Sea Systems Command. Mark holds a Bachelors Degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (Troy, NY), an MS in Information Systems from Navy Postgraduate School (Monterey, CA), and a CIO Certificate from the Information Resources Management College (Washington, DC). |

Practice Director Naval Sea Systems Command Michelle directs the practice which focuses on providing Strategic Planning, Information Technology / Information Management and Human Capital Management support to help NAVSEA solve its most difficult strategic enterprise challenges. She has over 10 years of experience with federal, state and local governments. Michelle has led company projects in strategic planning, change management, IT portfolio management, knowledge management, and technology implementation. Prior to joining RGS, Michelle was employed by American Management Systems (AMS) as a software developer and project manager. She holds a Mathematics and Computer Science degree from Lake Forest College and an MBA from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. |

Practice Director Navy Headquarters Kevin directs the Navy Headquarters Practice that provides the Navy's Leadership with critical business and technology investment decisions. He has over 10 years of industry and government experience. Also a former US Navy Supply Corps Officer, he excels at developing strategic relationships and affordable solutions to difficult organization and transformation initiatives. With significant experience in the Federal acquisition process, Kevin provides solutions in strategic planning, organizational management and governance, enterprise resource planning and operational logistic support. He holds a BA degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. |
