Senior Consultant

"Innovation has nothing to do with how many R&D dollars you have.  When Apple came up with the Mac, IBM was spending at least 100 times more on R&D.  It's not about money. It's about the people you have, how you're led, and how much you get it." – Steve Jobs

Lesley leads teams to deliver high quality outcomes that super-please clients and help RGS grow.  During her tenure with RGS, she has worked extensively in the human capital management arena and established RGS’s presence and reputation at the Naval Sea System Command (NAVSEA). Under her leadership, the NAVSEA SEM team was awarded the 2010 RGS Great Team Award for their efforts in establishing the program to support senior executives at the command.

Prior to joining RGS in 2006, Lesley worked as a process and strategic solution consultant for IBM Global Business Services supporting government clients.  Bringing “Something Different, Something New” to her clients has been Lesley’s mantra since she launched her career with British Telecom (BT) after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Economics from University of California, Berkeley.  While working at BT, she was recruited by the top management to serve as an International Marketing manager for an electronics start-up.  After successfully launching the company’s first product line in the U.S. and European markets, Lesley went on to pursue a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Georgetown University and graduated with Zaesline Scholar distinction (top 15 Economics students).

Lesley grew up in Taipei, Taiwan and immigrated to the United States at the age of 19.  She will forever remember her first sight of the United States from the shimmering ocean outside San Diego.  Lesley loves to travel around the U.S. to visit the grandiose nature scenes and talk to people from all walks of life.  These days, English feels almost like her native tongue; however, if she is slow to laugh at your joke, you will probably know why.
