"At RGS, we continue to work effectively with one another to get the job done. But this does not only apply to the work that we perform with and for our clients. Together as a team, we regularly plan, organize, and participate in community service and social events throughout the year. I like being a part of an organization that does that."

Lauren joined RGS in March 2009 and immediately began to provide support not only to the client, but to the RGS Team as well. Since arriving, Lauren has led the company United Way Campaign each year, serves as co-chair on the Social Development and Community Service Committee, and co-chaired the Committee for the 2011 Annual Awards Banquet.    Lauren began her RGS career as a team member on the Competency Alignment Organization project at the NAVSEA Command. Lauren then quickly moved on to support the Senior Executive Management effort for NAVSEA, which later developed into the Enterprise Talent Management Strategy in 2011, thus encompassing the entire NAVSEA workforce as opposed to only Senior Executives.  She was a member of the project team that earned the 2010 RGS Great Team Award - the NAVSEA SEM Team, and was the recipient of the Associate of the Year Award for 2010.

Lauren  received her B.A. in Classical Studies and a minor in Humanities from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Since arriving at RGS, she has also received certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Human Capital Strategy, and Strategic Workforce Planning.  Her hobbies include running, eating, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
