Hina joined RGS in 2009 to help our customer with Human Resources, Staffing, Human Capital, and SharePoint operations. She uses her experience and expertise to support RGS clients and help expand the company’s business. She is a three-time RGS Really Great Service Award recipient. The award is given to the RGS associate who helps achieve our mission of delivering solutions for positive change through innovative technologies and techniques.

She was also a member of the project team that earned the 2010 RGS Great Team Award — presented to the team that functioned together in an extraordinary way, trusted each other, complemented each other’s strengths, compensated for each other’s limitations, and shared common goals that were larger than individual goals.

Prior to her career at RGS, Hina worked as a HR Professional supporting federal agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Defense, National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the United States Army.

Hina holds a Bachelors degree from George Mason University and is currently working on her MBA at Strayer University. She also has the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). Hina loves the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with close friends and family.
