Carolyn joined RGS after an exciting partnership opportunity turned into an acquisition of her former company CRM Associates, Inc.  It was the first acquisition for RGS and turned out to a great union of two companies with similar values and work ethics.  Carolyn has spent the bulk of her career supporting NAVSEA.  As Director of Business of Development for NAVSEA, her natural ability to take a broad, systems view enables her to identify and capitalize on the strengths and opportunities of her clients, and informs opportunities to guide business solutions and work products that have met or exceeded customer needs time after time.  Carolyn is known for her broad knowledge of industry practices and disciplines, her strategic acumen and marketing skills; and widely respected for her character, ethics, integrity and passion for business excellence.

After more than 20 years of supporting the Navy and growing business, Carolyn has a collaborative approach to leadership and partner relationships.  Like RGS, she understands there is no “I” in “team” and she marvels at how well the company operates collectively and she truly appreciates being a part of the team.
 
Of course, the center of her life is her faith and her four daughters, Devan, Taylor, Casey and Madison.
