RGS Dir. of HC Leads Industry Team to Develop and Publish Diversity and Inclusion Benchmarking Study
RGS announces the release of a benchmark research study designed to enable industry and government organizations to increase their performance thorough Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Best Practices, Strategies, Trends and Tools. Dr. Susan Grunin, RGS’s Director of Human Capital, led the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) Human Capital (HC) Significant Issues Group (SIG) to study and document government and industry’s best practices regarding the establishment of a diverse and inclusive organization.
