RGS Awarded Subcontract to Assist in the DOJ Executive Office for United States Attorneys Project
RGS, a leading provider of consulting services to federal government agencies, teamed with KnowledgeBank, a leading management consulting company that provides human capital management, organizational effectiveness and learning solutions to pursue this opportunity. The project will employ KnowledgeBank and RGS consultants to evaluate the activities and processes used by EOUSA’s Evaluation and Review Staff (EARS) to conduct performance evaluations of the 94 US Attorney’s Offices across the Nation. This 12 month project will culminate with the delivery of recommended courses of action to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the reviews.
