401k Plan

Upon employment, associates can immediately defer part of their total compensation (includes base salary, variable compensation, project incentives, etc.) up the IRS maximum ($15,500 for 2007), by contributing pre-tax dollars to the RGS Associates 401(k) plan. The Company matches the associate's contributions dollar for dollar up to 5% of the associate's total annual compensation. The associate's deferral and the matching RGS contribution are invested in associate directed mutual funds. Associates may rollover retirement funds from a previous employer's 401k plan immediately.
Bonus Program
- Monthly incentives are paid to associates who help RGS win contracts with new clients
Employee Owned Company
- As an RGS associate, you will be eligible to purchase RGS stock and
share in the Company's success through quarterly earnings distributions
in accordance with the Shareholder's Agreement
