"Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude." -- Thomas Jefferson

Michelle Rostom finds her inspiration in working on start up projects, programs, or practices which has solidified her as a notable contributor to the transformation of RGS from a small company to a rapidly growing mid-size company.

Currently, Michelle is building the RGS Department of Homeland Security (DHS) practice by providing IT Portfolio Management, Strategic Planning, Performance Management, Enterprise Architecture and Business Case Analysis services to DHS Headquarters.  In her time at RGS, Michelle can be credited with the establishment of RGS’s Human Capital Management Line of Business. In her 12+ years of experience with federal, state, and local governments, Michelle has led projects in the areas of human capital management, strategic planning, change management, IT portfolio management, and technology implementations.

Michelle started her career at RGS in 2002 while getting her MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.  For one of her many class projects Michelle completed a change management study for RGS, and later that summer was hired as an intern.   Prior to attending Georgetown, Michelle was employed by American Management Systems (AMS) as a software developer and project manager where she made use of her bachelor degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics.

Michelle met her husband while training to be a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.  When Michelle is not in the office supporting RGS’s Human Capital Management Line of Business and the newly formed Department of Homeland Security Practice, you can find her spending time with her husband and their two young boys.  Whenever possible, Michelle and her family love to escape their busy lives by traveling to the beautiful island of Mauritius to visit her husband’s family.
