This can be in the form of recognition at our monthly all-hands meeting, spot bonuses, or with one of the following annual corporate awards:

Associate of the Year Award

This award is given annually to the RGS associate who:

  • Is a consistent team player
  • Demonstrates technical excellence in each and every task
  • Regularly applies change management techniques
  • Continuously strives to improve himself or herself
  • Contributes substantially to business development
  • Supports effective/efficient administration of the company

Rookie of the Year Award

This goes to the RGS associate who, during his or her first year at RGS, has:

  • Grown at an astounding pace
  • Consistently been a team player
  • Performed each and every assigned task in excellence
  • Demonstrated extraordinary leadership capabilities
  • Contributed substantially to business development
  • Adopted RGS values in a way that is inspirational to all associates

Great Team Award

“Most of us, at one time or another, have been part of a great team...and most say they have spent much of their life looking for that experience again,” says Stephen Covey. This award goes to a group of people who:

  • Functioned together in an extraordinary way
  • Trusted each other
  • Complemented each other’s strengths
  • Compensated for each other’s limitations
  • Shared common goals that were larger than individual goals

President’s Award

This award is presented to the RGS associate who helps achieve our mission of delivering solutions for positive change through innovative technologies, techniques, and teamwork. Every day in his or her thoughts, relationships, and actions, the honoree exemplifies the RGS core values of:
