2.       Elimination of Cultural Barriers. In parallel with using ICM techniques to meet the technical challenges of change, RGS uses a step-by-step process to identify and eliminate the cultural barriers that inhibit enterprise change.

3.       Certified Consultants. As part of our talent management program, RGS's consultants are required to achieve formal professional certification in both Change Management (CM) and Project Management (PM) theory and real world techniques.
