Associates, Inc., a leading provider of change management services to
federal government agencies, today announced that Russ Berkoff has
joined the senior leadership team as Managing Director for Intelligence
and Law Enforcement. Berkoff will lead
RGS's business group supporting our nation's intelligence and law
enforcement organizations with the innovative services and solutions
that RGS has been providing the DOD and Civilian Agencies for decades. Berkoff
will be responsible for project performance as well as business
development within the 15 members of the Intelligence Community (IC) as
well as the Department of Justice.
Berkoff
spent 20 years in the U.S. Army with a majority of his time in Special
Forces working throughout Europe, Asia, South America and the Middle East.
After his military service he worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a
senior consultant when asked to come to the National Security Agency -
NSA. Berkoff worked as Chief of Strategic Forecasting prior to coming to RGS.

Berkoff holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and Masters Degrees from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey and Loyola College in Maryland.
