Associates, a leading change management consulting company focused on
supporting Federal Government Agencies, today announced that the Board
of Directors has named Tom McMahon as President. With
Mr. McMahon's promotion, Dr. Richard Stieglitz, RGS' founder and former
President, was appointed Chief Executive Officer to guide RGS' strategy
and build strategic partnerships. Tom, who
was Vice President, Civilian Agencies prior to his promotion, will lead
operations on a daily basis and continue to enhance the value of RGS to
its clients and shareholders.
Mr.
McMahon has worked for RGS since 1994 in a series of positions with
increasing responsibility including Project Manager, Business Area
Manager and Vice President, Enterprise Solutions. He
has been a leader in transforming RGS from a systems integrator and IT
support contractor into a change management consulting company focused
on Federal clients. Prior to joining RGS,
Mr. McMahon worked for Newport News Shipbuilding as a Logistics
Engineer and served in the US Navy aboard the USS Enterprise.
