RGS
Associates, a leading change management consulting company focused on
supporting Federal Government Agencies, has been awarded a five year
contract to provide information technology and change management
services across the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Staff. The CNO
Staff Chief Information Officer (CIO) Support contract for
Programmatic, Business Process Management & Technical Support is
valued at over $26 million over five years if all options are exercised.
RGS
will provide business process analysis, migration planning, portfolio
management, knowledge and records management, and strategic planning
services for the OPNAV Director of Navy Staff (DNS) CIO. This contract
will support the DNS CIO organization in its leadership role at Navy
headquarters to leverage information technology in the transformation
of the department. RGS will support the Navy in applying the maturing
Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) infrastructure to effectively reduce
legacy applications, develop and deploy enterprise business solutions,
and improve corporate business processes across the CNO staff.

year history for customers such as the Naval Sea Systems Command
(NAVSEA), Commander Naval Installations (CNI), Navy Logistics and
Readiness Directorate (OPNAV N4), and the Sea Enterprise project." RGS
